DECISION

On recognition of collective membership of the Vietnam Welding Society

CHAIRMAN

OF VIETNAM WELDING SOCIETY

Pursuant to Decision No. 80/QĐ-HCK of Vietnam Mechanical Association dated 26th January 1999 for the establishment and recognization of the Specialized Mechanical Engineering Chapter of “Vietnam Welding Society” as a member of Vietnam Mechanical Society;

Pusuant to Decision No. 49/QĐ-THCK dated 30th July 2018 of Vietnam Federation of Mechanical Engineering Associations for the recognization of Executive Committee of Vietnam Welding Society in the period of 2018-2023;

Pursuant to the Charter of Vietnam Welding Society (VWS);

According to the proposal of the Secretary General of Vietnam Welding Society on the recognization of individual membership, collective membership of Vietnam Welding Society.

DECISION

Article 1: Recognizing VIETNAM TRAINING AND EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD (VTEDCO) as a Collective Member Branch of the Vietnam Welding Society (VWS).

Address: MG02-12A, Vincom Shophouse, No. 1 Le Thanh Tong Street, May To Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong, Vietnam.

Head of the branch: Ms Pham Thi Huyen Trang – Director

Article 2: The Branch of VIETNAM TRAINING AND EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD is responsible for and entitled to all rights as a collective member of Vietnam Welding Socitety.

Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Secretary General, relevant organizations and individuals mentioned in Article 1 and in the Vietnam Welding Society have the responsibility to implement this Decision./.
